About the Role

The Customer Service Associate will mainly be responsible for maintaining relationships with our customers and providing support for them through social media and over the phone.

Responsibilities
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls effectively
  • Understand and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide service related information & solutions for customers
  • Guide our customers to create accounts on our platforms
  • Support the company departments by performing certain clerical tasks
Qualifications
  • Completed G.C.E (O/L)
  • Excellent soft skills
  • Able to communicate fluently in Sinhala & English (Tamil is an added advantage)
  • Good computer literacy
  • Passionate in interacting with customers
